Outpatient Buprenorphine (Suboxone and Subutex) Detoxification
This proven method of service can be done anonymously, inexpensively and comfortably.
Services include:
- Full medical assessment.
- Weekly follow up with medical staff (through Mobile Medical Services). All medications included while inpatient; prescriptions are provided while outpatient.
- All services performed onsite.
Our fee for outpatient Suboxone detox is $4,000* for up to a three-day stay and follow-up visits.
Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
Our customized individual counseling sessions and groups can be offered during the day, night or weekends. Treatment is private, anonymous and can be scheduled individually. Services include:
- Two Group Sessions per week.
- Weekly one on one counseling.
- Daily check ins with case manager.
- Five self-help meetings per week (AA & NA).
- Random Testing
- Weekly schedule with case manager.
Our fee for outpatient treatment is $1,500 per month*.
The Pat Moore Foundation has over 25 years experience in treatment and detox, and over eight years experience with suboxone protocols. We understand what you are going through and are here to help and support you. There are no additional costs or fees to our program.
