Extended Care Treatment in Orange County

Extended Care Treatment can be best described as sober living and treatment with both clinical and social modalities. What does that mean?

Primarily, Extended Care Treatment is appropriate for people who have completed Primary Residential Treatment, and now have a need to integrate back into society. An Extended Care Treatment client will spend partial days or evenings at Pat Moore Foundation’s campus. Clients live in a sober living home owned by the Pat Moore Foundation and are transported back and forth by van to the Pat Moore Foundation’s campus. The Clinical / Social model programs are integrated daily with a proven modality of treatment that works and is affordable.

Each client will receive approximately twenty hours per week of alcohol and other drug treatment, which makes this limited services experience not as intense as a Primary Residential program. However, this is a highly successful program for this group of addicted people.
