Meet Our Staff
Chief Executive Officer
Phil Allen, CAS II, CCDC, is a nationally certified addiction specialist, and has been in the recovery field for the past 20 years. He is a skilled problem solver who works daily the staff of the Foundation. Mr. Allen oversees all facets of operation, including admissions, assessments, treatment, after-care, and referrals to outside professionals.
Associate Director
Debbie Allen, CAS, has 25 years of experience in the field of recovery. Ms. Allen is a motivated teacher and mentor with women of all ages. Her passion and strength are in nurturing women with her love, hope, and kindness on their path to recovery. In addition to these skills, Ms. Allen has acquired over 22 years of administrative experience.

Clinical Director
Gina H. Tabrizy is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eighteen years of experience, knowledge and training in dealing with the most difficult clinical problems. She has appeared on Local and National Television Programs speaking about the ills of childhood abuse. She has presented at the National Conference on Codependency and given hundreds of lectures at Agencies, Corporations, Schools, Colleges and Universities. Gina has written feature articles for numerous publications. She works with high profile clients through specialized recovery facilities.
Business Development Director
Katy Alexander manages all the business and marketing relationships for Pat Moore Foundation, and brings over 20 years of operations and management experience to her new position, along with her own story of recovery. A graduate of Pat Moore Foundation, Katy has worked at the foundation for the last three years, first as a manager of a sober living house (where she was previously a resident), then as the Financial Administrator, Office Manager and Back-up Intake Coordinator. Katy’s background of addiction has given her the passion to work in the recovery field. At age 23, her addiction to methamphetamine nearly cost her everything. At age 32, Katy began her personal journey to recovery at Pat Moore Foundation, where she completed 90 days of residential treatment.

From Case Management to our front line staff, they are all committed to helping our residents through the recovery process.
Pat Moore Foundation's drug & alcohol detox and alcohol & drug addiction treatment programs are licensed and certified by The State of California. We provide non-medical and medically managed detoxification (using Suboxone, Subutex, and Buprenorphine when appropriate) and primary residential treatment. Our individual homes are on a unique co-ed campus where we offer gender specific treatment. We are located in Costa Mesa, in Orange County, Southern California, close to Newport Beach and Huntington Beach, and only an hour's drive from Los Angeles and San Diego.
