Pat Moore Foundation History

The Pat Moore Foundation, established in 1982, is a private organization based in Costa Mesa, California, specializing in alcohol and drug detoxification and treatment services.
Over its more than 30-year history, the foundation has developed a comprehensive approach to addiction recovery, offering both non-medical and medically managed detoxification programs, including the use of Suboxone, Subutex, and Buprenorphine when appropriate.
The foundation provides individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, with separate residential programs for men and women. These programs integrate the 12-Step model with individual and group therapy sessions, and also offer optional family therapy and faith-based services. Clients have access to various activities, such as beach trips and mountain retreats, to support their recovery journey.
In 2017, the Pat Moore Foundation was acquired by D’Amore Healthcare, further enhancing its resources and capabilities in the field of addiction treatment.
Throughout its history, the foundation has maintained a commitment to providing compassionate and effective care for individuals struggling with addiction, continually adapting its programs to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
