Suboxone | How do I take it?

Researchers have shown that Suboxone, which is a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone, is effective in treating opioid addiction. The Suboxone pill is delivered sublingually, which under the tongue until it dissolves.

You should always take a prescribed by your physician, and it is normally a good idea to drink a little bit of water to moisten your mouth. It helps the Suboxone dissolve more easily. Place the pill under your tongue, lean your head slightly forward until the pill is dissolved completely. It takes about 5-10 minutes to dissolve completely. It will absorbed into your bloodstream via the veins under the tongue. If you have more than two pills, do two at a time and follow up with the next round.
