Outpatient Buprenorphine (Suboxone and Subutex) Detoxification This proven method of service can be done anonymously, inexpensively and comfortably. Services include:
Our fee for outpatient detox is $2,500* for up to a three-day stay and follow-up visits.
Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Our customized individual counseling sessions and groups can be offered during the day, night or weekends. Treatment is private, anonymous and can be scheduled individually. Services include:

The Pat Moore Foundation has nearly 25 years experience in treatment and detox, and over eight years experience with suboxone protocols. We understand what you are going through and are here to help and support you. There are no additional costs or fees to our program.
