The 25th Ventura County Round-Up!

Twenty-five years in the making, Serenity By the Sea is hosting the Ventura County Round-Up at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center in Oxnard, California from April 23 -25, 2010. We love to let our graduates from our alcohol and drug abuse treatment facility know about round-ups like this.

What is an AA Round-Up?

Recovery support is essential in helping people maintain sobriety. These gatherings are what some might call a sobriety convention, or better known as a 'round-up.' This is a great way for alcoholics and addicts from different locales to come together to experience the spirituality of the fellowship.

What can you Expect?

First and foremost a group of wonderful, supportive, and sober people. There will be AA and Al-Anon marathon meetings, speaker meetings, workshops, Saturday BBQ, a Saturday Night DJ dance, and Sunday breakfast, and so much more.

Here's the registration form. Be sure to register so that they'll be able to plan accordingly. The monies collected help support the Ventura area as it seeks to carry the message to the alcoholic that is still suffering.
